Great 7 BD walk to the beach + pool

Great property, great location… awesome communication, there were a few little issues as far as dead batteries in the TV remote, and the smoke detector needing new batteries it was beeping. They sent someone right away to fix the issues! The kitchen could have been a little better stocked, cooking wise but that would be the only thing… we had a great weekend and would stay again!

Amazing location to the beach and a very decent house. The host was awesome and very attentive to our concerns and questions. Only reason why it has lower stars is because the cleanliness could have been much better. The blinds, baseboards, hvac filters and closets all had dust caked on them. The showers had hairs still from previous people. The cleaner just needs to do better. Other than that house was amazing. The host was amazing and informative. The checkout process was much smoother them most rentals we have stayed in and I will definitely book again if we ever go back to NMB!

1. No filter water from refrigerator. We have to buy 5 cases of water for fifteen people. It’s cost us $35 dollars. 2. No ice making machine was working. That had 4 trays of ice rays not enough for 15 people. We have to buy five bags of ice costs us $15 dollars.3. Fire alarm went of first night and couldn’t sleep. Mechanic fixed but steel continues beeping. 4 AC on second floors not cooling and got fixed on second day. We shoul compassionate for this troubles.

The stay was wonderful but the dusting could have been better. I found dust behind the night stand as I was plugging up my phone,on the blinds and the upper part of the baseboards going upstairs and the fridge in the laundry room wasn't cleaned properly. I have my own cleaning service so I notice things.

The location of this rental is perfect! A brisk walk o the beach, a short drive to groceries and not to far from the liquor store! While the unit we rented has a very charming curb appeal the inside needs a little work. How do you possibly rent a house with no working oven? A vacation home with no extra towels and linens? No basic kitchen necessities like a can opener and measuring cups? Two of the TVs didn’t have remotes and the door handle to the fridge fell off… no way the house was deep cleaned i found infant socks and cheese sticks from the previous renters… the house is great but definitely needs a week off from rentals to get all the items fixed. It would be also helpful to have some welcome pamphlets of where to get golf cards and jet skis or something.

The property was clean, but their was many things that does not work, for example the oven does not work, the owner knew about it but he deliberately lied to us. The jacuzzi advertised was not working. The 3 nights we stayed, we couldn’t not sleep, loud music at night was out control. I wouldn’t recommend any one to stay in this property.
