Stayed May 21, 2025The inside of the unit is beautifully decorated; the property is spotless with beautiful views of the mountains. The hosts were so kind to us and let our toddler tour their chicken coop. I would come back in a heart beat.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023Wow, what a hidden gem. This was our first time using Vrbo, and this place was exactly as described. It’s very clean and well stocked. The host respects your privacy even though she’s right next door . We met her on our last day as we were packing the car. Yellowstone is a little bit of a drive but to be honest I would rather drive a little longer to have an affordable, quiet and very clean place to stay. I would highly recommend your stay here.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We loved staying at this property. It was very well stocked and relatively close to the park and other activities. The owners were very nice and left us to our privacy but were there if needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone if they’re looking for a nice stay.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023The Cowboy Retreat was great place to stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything that we needed, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. If given the chance to be back in this area again we would most definitely stay here again. The view …… words cannot even start to describe the view you have from the Cowboy Retreat. Close to downtown Cody and the Rodeo that they have every night. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay then the Cowboy Retreat is what you are looking for!!
