Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant and suited our needs. The decor is very 70s but has new lounge set-up,fridge, stove, Microwave and a great Queen bed and large bathroom with newly tiled shower & showerhead, which is good. There is a severe shortage of power points (the bedroom has only one which is in the far corner and hard to access under a table,) so I will bring extensions etc next time. There is a good view of the beach and waves looking over to Narooma Golf Course but the description I saw of it being a 'waterfront' property is untrue. It is only a few minutes drive to the beach, or a dodgy walk and road crossing by foot. The photo of the lounge area is out of date because of the new grey/blue lounge. We did no cooking so cannot comment on that. There are no shops nearby but it's only a short drive to Dalmeny or Narooma. Antons is close by and very good.BTW, the address does not need ACT as well as the full thing. It was a nice quiet spot away from Dalmeny Drive which was part of my consideration.

I hired out 7 Viewhill rd from the 7th to the 9th of June, we only ended up staying the one night due to the bed being extremely unsleepable and there being poor heating options. I’m highly disappointed. I understand you get what you pay for but I didn’t expect to be possibly paying for it long after the fact.

A really pleasant weekend at Cherrybush. The garden is delightful, and our granddaughter loved running around the trees at the back. It is a pleasure to live in, with the pictures, books and games, and all the thoughtful things that people staying there might need. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and utensils, and of course the garden has been much cared for. Enjoyed the forest walk down to the beach, and went for a swim there this morning. The water is so clear, and I liked the presence of the rocks. Julian=

Great property and could be a fantastic pet friendly stay, BUT the House in desperate need of TLC and some tradesmen, eg electrician, plumber and appliance servicemen.to attend to broken switches and power points, leaking taps, rattling refrigerator, sprinkler system that doesn't turn off. Be warned,no mobile phone or internet connection at property, closest service is approx 1km away! House has landline connected and WIFI box but is not available to holiday makers. Common Whale Cove these things need your attention.
