Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10 pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fee, and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Payments
If booked more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation
More than 31 days before arrival = full refund (minus travel insurance premium if purchased).
14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID
* A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

    Check in/out was a breeze. This place was perfect for our group of 5. 5 min walk to wicked weed, 10 to packs tavern. There was a baseball series during our stay, so parking was tough during that time but overall great townhouse, great location. We had the best time!

    The townhome is in a great location - walkable to most of downtown Asheville. The house was clean and check in was a breeze. The roof deck is A!

    We had the best time! A little hard with a toddler in tow and all of the stairs but we knew that going into it. The elevator is great for bringing bags in. Location was perfect to walk to Vortex Doughnuts in the mornings! Would def stay again.

    We had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. The house was very clean, well stocked, nicely remodeled with very comfortable beds/couches etc. The elevator was a perfect plus. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop with the fire pit since it was cooler at night. We were able to walk easily to town and the other attractions were very close. Thank you!!

    We enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues of concern. 1) the microwave did not work. We received an email the day of checkin notifying us that it was broken and would not be replaced until after we checked out. 2) there were internet problems. This was eventually fixed but we did not like having someone in the unit when we were not there. 3) we could not use the front door because the key would not lock it from the outside. Even the repair man that came into the house attempted to fix it and said that he could not get it to work. So it was never fixed.
