The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, plus a private bathroom. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed. This space of rest and leisure is ample and has excellent natural light. The balcony in front of the room invites you to a quiet meal.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen and a free parking space in the building's garage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, with several internationally renowned brands and movie theatres.
You will also find within walking distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you will find a greater variety of restaurants in the city center, which can be reached within a five-minute drive.

Next to the apartment, you will find a beach with a natural swimming pool where you can enjoy your morning dives.

GETTING AROUND
An aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within one-minute walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own at the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

    This apartment is perfect for a long break. It is a home from home with everything you need available. With the added bonus of a sea view and Madeiran gardens. All rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and good quality linen is provided. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to the forum shopping centre and beautiful walks along the promenade. The 3 local restaurants are all outstanding. Highly recommend.

    We really enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony, the walks nearby. Nice apartman, big rooms, well equipped kitchen. One parking place included in the garage, that is really useful!

    Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location close to food shopping, restaurants, lovely walkway and a black stone beach. Felt the area was very safe. The two balcanies were very nice and we ate our meals on one or the other depending on sun. Would definitely recommend others to stay at this apartment.

    Overall we had an enjoyable stay without any problems. The property was well equipped with good internet and comfy furniture. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk (uphill) to the forum for grocery, fruit and veg. It's a lovely walk either east in Funchal or west to Camara de Lobos, although there are a few serious slopes involved. It would have been nice to have had some comfy chairs on the front balcony (as shown in the listing) but these had been moved to the back terrace and were too big and heavy for us to move. Having said that it didn't detract too much from the very pleasant outdoor experience with lovely views out to sea and overall we had a lovely relaxing stay.
