Stayed Jun 28, 2024Loved the stay but it was too hot upstairs. There were about 12 heaters in the house and only 1 BROKEN fan. We had to go by more. It was uncomfortable all weekend upstairs.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023This historic house is just beautiful! There are a few quirks but it is an old house and they make it unique. I would note that there is no central air and heat. It was no problem as there are space heaters and window units but I do know that this fact could throw one off it you weren't expecting it. The beds are VERY comfortable. They give a 5 star rating from all. I would also note that the listing states that the property sleeps 16. However, unless a couch (not pull out) counts, the house only sleeps 12. All in all the house worked and we had so much fun! Thanks for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful home.

Stayed Feb 10, 2023This is not a good house for the price; neighbors have a trashy place; No central heat or air, some window units. It is an old house, which we knew; still we had to deal with electrical problems. It was a little scary having to heat with space heaters & not having a way out upstairs which is where the bedrooms & full baths are. The owner was supposed to come & fix breakers on our first night & didn’t show. There was no inside dead bolt on the front door so anyone with the code could have come in during the night. The best experience is that the women renting have been friends for 40+ years & enjoy being together. The beds were comfortable. Stopped up toilet we had to clear ourselves.

Stayed Dec 2, 2022A group of 16 adults, including myself stayed at the property. It was everything we could've asked for. With having this many people, you'd think it would be crazy. But the house fit everybody. By far, I was most pleased with Don and his communication with me. He was very easy going and straight forward. Which made it easier for my group and I to enjoy the trip.

Stayed Apr 6, 2022We visited Fort Worth for a bachelor party, and this house made the experience! We were just minutes away from everything and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was on the ball and the home was perfect for us. I would recommend this place anyone with a large family or a few friends visiting the Fort Worth area.
