Location, view and ease of check in great. However property is extremely outdated and doesn’t have everything available that is listed.

Great property but lacking heating and cooling. Also a little disappointed that we paid for 3 nights and due to a date change there was an error and we were only then booked for 2 nights. Awaiting refund.

The view was amazing. The unit was extremely tidy and felt like home. I would recommend this stay to anyone and absolutely loved Narooma. I will be back.

It was in a great location and everything was extremely clean. The view from the front balcony was wonderful and it was very relaxing sitting outside watching the sunrise. Lounge and recliners were comfortable as was the bed. Only thing which could be improved was the shower plus it would be useful to have some teabags and coffee supplied on arrival.

Location, large living, kitchen and dining area, parking, two bathrooms, laundry and the lorikeets parrots that visited in the morning and evening for feeding.Disliked: The lack of in-depth cleaning. This is an expensive rental property, and no doubt with a high cleaning cost, but it's not reflected in what was presented. Most of the apartment was clean, but the carpets are tired and stained, there was thick level of dust behind the curtains in the master bedroom, a dirty rug in the kitchen, and the painted wall in the second bedroom was covered in marks. All the windows and glass doors needed a good clean. To appreciate the harbour view we bought a bottle of glass cleaner to clean the glass doors to actually see out. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans at all and the only heater was a fan heater in the living area at the front of the apartment. The apartment is big and with the all the bedrooms and bathrooms located at the back of the apartment there is no heating in this area. Also, on Friday night the noise from the pub behind the apartment block is loud.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was everything that we expected, great location with a view that you just sit and watch all dayThe unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed.The complex itself is really close to all the shops, restaurants and clubs and has a fantastic walkway out the that follows the water way.The Narooma area is so close to so many historical and special places to visit.If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay here again.
