Great location and clean and tidy. Needs renovating and carpet is shedding everywhere. Carpet needs urgently replacing

Well located to Narooma, with great views over the inlet and Narooma Breakwater. Property is getting on in age but in good condition.

A good sized balcony with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the view. In the main the furniture is comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you would need to cook for yourself. The bathrooms are clean with excellent water pressure. An added bonus is that there are no stairs to enter the unit. There were only 2 issues - the unit does not have internet and the windows were in need of cleaning.

However the unit is looking tired, no Wi Fi, No smart TV/Netflix etc.View is fantastic.
