Place was great!
Small, but nice unit. Short drive to Deer Valley Resort. Great for a couples getaway.
enjoyed the stay. easy process, convenient location.
Overall it was a good stay!
Stayed for a weekend getaway. Property and park city area was great and relaxing. Property manager was great to communicate with.
I live in Salt Lake City, about an hour's drive from Park City. I was looking for a place where I could have a quick get-away from the pressures at home. This condo was perfect! Perfectly located, perfectly sized for a single person, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the cleanliness! Located close to the Park City Rail Trail, so I was able to ride my bike all over the area easily. I plan to rent this property again the next time I need a quick escape.
The breakfast bar is too high for the height of the stools, so nothing where you can comfortably eat, too much fabric softener in the bedding
The condo owner, Kayla, was very accommodating and always responded quickly, so I was pleased with that aspect of our stay. However, there were some problems with the property: most important, the air-conditioning didn't work properly. It was always stuffy and smelly in the condo, so I assume it circulates throughout the other renters' units and wasn't efficient. Plus, the gas fireplace, which emits heat, had to stay on all the time, so it was constantly working against the air-conditioner. This might be fine during ski season, but not during the summer. The other main issue was with parking. The Prospector only allows one car on the property (with a pass) and that was a problem as we had two. There must be lots of potential and actual renters who have two cars, so why this policy exists, I can't imagine. There is no parking allowed on most streets in Park City, so we had to park the second car in Heber City, a distance of 20 miles. Lastly, everything is small and tight--the condo is quite small, and there is very little storage. Again, for a night or two, especially in the winter, this might be fine, but not for an extended stay. Park City itself was a major disappointment, as well. So we won't be returning, even though the property owner was attentive and friendly.
This is a nice property to stay in. All of the minor details to the needs of a guest were accommodated, including garbage bags, candles, etc.
I needed just a little mommy getaway to enjoy some quiet and refresh to get ready for the busy summer with my kids. This was the perfect place for quiet plus easy access to all the outdoor activities in park city!
Our stay at this location was great. It was close to all the things we wanted to do and offered easy access to walking trails. The room provided just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway.
Easy
This condo had everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect right on the bus route and the busses were so easy to figure out using the PC bus app. Owner was very nice and responded promptly when we had a minor issue. I’d definitely stay here again.
Cute studio condo that was very clean and located right on the Building 7 bus stop making it easy to get around town. That was especially important with all the snow making parking lots a mess. Condo had everything we needed and had extra nice touches in both decor as well as niceties of items like body lotion. Having full size refrigerator and microwave helps too. Owner communicated right away after booking with all the info we needed to make check-in smooth. Only improvements would be if there was a way to have ski boots (& skis if you didn’t have an suv) not just in the narrow hall that also leads to bathroom. And the bed has dips molded in so probably time for a new mattress. But overall it met our needs well and helped us enjoy our first time to Park City.
The studio is clean, quiet and comfortable, a perfect retreat for one or two people after a fun day on the mountain. For dinner, Fuego, an Italian bistro a half-block away, is superb. Kayla is great to communicate with and a perfect host!
This is our second stay at a condo in The Prospector complex. The condo was nice, the sleeper sofa was a great upgrade compared to the first condo we stayed at. It is right on the free bus route to Park City mountain resort. Very convenient, good value for the money, and highly recommended!
Great location, the apartment and the facilities overall were clean and even though there was heavy snowfall we were able to get in and out of the parking with no issues because the property staff were shoveling the snow! Definitely recommend it!
Very cozy
This condo was perfect for a solo trip to Park City and the location is great. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Great place for two people for a week. Definitely cozy but had everything we needed. Wonderful location! Used the free bus to get around town. So many things to see and within an hour or two. Would definitely recommend.
This property is about the size of a hotel room, perfect for a single or a couple. The place was very clean and well-equipped. It had a surprising amount of stuff that I needed like shampoo, spices in the cabinet, and cooking spray. Small things, but they save you a trip to the store! The decor was very upscale and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend the property to PC visitors. Try Este pizza down the street!
