Gorgeous Residence with Panoramic Ocean Views and Secluded Beach- Pool Open!

This property was clean and quiet. Beautiful water view and close to Sanibel Island! We enjoyed this property very much. We used the pool everyday. Great getaway!

The view from this apartment is amazing. We loved our stay! We came to Florida to celebrate my Grandmother’s 100th Birthday. This property was conveniently located to Shell Point Village and was so very beautiful. Thank you for an excellent place to stay.

Very quiet and easy to get to. Rooms were great size and master bathroom a big plus with large closet’s. Just be aware the beach is very small and is on a causeway. No waves.

Very nice location. View was spectacular. My girlfriend even saw dolphins close to shore from the balcony on one of the early mornings. Used the pool a lot. Very relaxing: Overall, would highly recommend!

the condo was very, very nice. looked exactly as described. pool was still not operational, but the beach was fine. have stayed in punta rassa for many years in a house that was destroyed during the hurricane. the condo was a very nice alternative. especially like the close proximity to sanibel and fort myers. very close to bunche beach and the lighthouse restaurant. enjoyed our stay.

Property is tired. Deadbolt didn’t work. Master carpet needs replacing. Pool is not working

Condo was perfect! Easy access to Sanibel and Fort Myers, lots to explore. We actually saw a porpoise from our balcony. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was available to us and never busy. Unfortunately the beach front is not exactly ideal, as this is an inlet and the water was murky and of course, not comparable to sanibel, which is right nearby. You do have to pay $6 each time you cross over the causeway to go to sanibel, just fyi. We liked the condo and it was a very quiet and clean and safe area located on a Marriott resort property, but for us to have a real beach vacation, next time, I would just get a place on sanibel island instead.

The place was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Private beach was small with a decent amount of seaweed in the water so we didn't swim in it much. However, throughout our stay while sunbathing and floating on our rafts we saw two sea turtles and many dolphins at close range which made it all worth it!
