The apartment is on a tree-lined, pedestrian-only street in L'Eixample, steps from the Cosmo Cafe, great restaurants, art galleries, & boutiques. City attractions, like the Old City, Paseo Gracia, and Las Ramblas, are all within walking distance.

Casa Granada is on a charming, tree-lined, pedestrian-only street favored by locals, and just steps from great restaurants, art galleries, boutiques & world-class city attractions. The Old City, Paseo de Gracia, and Las Ramblas, are all within short walking distance. The Universitat Metro station and local buses are a 3 minute walk away, and it only takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to or from the airport, costing around 25-30 Euros.

Lee, our wonderful Property Manager/Concierge lives nearby and speaks English, Spanish and Catalan. He is available to provide recommendations, insights and answers to most questions about what to do in Barcelona, and can be reached 24 hours a day.

Casa Granada is near all forms of mass transit including Metro stations, bus stations and train stations. Taxis are very easy to get nearby and you can also walk just about anywhere!

Check in is 4 PM. Check out is 11 AM. Check out time is firm.

While you are paying for a final clean, this does not include cleaning up after you, so we require that you do your dishes and take all your trash and recycling down to the street bins. Thank you.

Please note: The elevator in our building is small and can only accommodate two people at at time. If you have a lot of large luggage, you will need to do a couple trips.

    This was a great apartment on a lovely street. Close to coffee, ice cream, and restaurants. Elevator makes getting luggage up so much easier. The apartment was very clean with everything you need to live for a few days. Washer and dryer were a huge help! Great views out the window. We would definitely stay here again!

    We had such a wonderful visit to Barcelona and this was the perfect place to stay. A beautiful quiet street in walking distance to tons of restaurants, including a cute cafe downstairs. It was so cute and comfortable - I wish I could replicate it and stay at a place just like this wherever I visit.

    Wonderful stay in this beautiful flat in residential area of L'Eixample with some of the best restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. Absolutely loved it! Owners and property manager are very easy to communicate with and provided a seamless experience. Staying here made our trip to Barcelona even better!

    Very nice apartment in a great location. Lee was very helpful and explained everything about the apartment and the area. He even arranged taxi rides for us to the airport. We are looking forward to staying there again. I would highly recommend.
