Access to the incredible amenities requires completing two essential applications: a mandatory membership transfer and a condo association application. These applications require submitting sensitive information directly to the HOA within three days of booking. These will be provided by the owner and host, Sheri Hickman, upon booking confirmation. I will get the paperwork to you.

General Care of the Property
Guests are expected to treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported promptly so they can be addressed. If there is any damage, it will be deducted from your deposit. I will contact you and send pictures.

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of house rules.

Occupancy & Visitors
The maximum occupancy stated in the listing may not be exceeded at any time, except for just visitors.

Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Noise & Neighborhood Respect
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am

Excessive noise, music, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Cleanliness
The property should be kept in a reasonable condition during your stay.

Excessive mess, trash left behind, or conditions requiring deep or specialty cleaning may result in additional charges.

Dishes should be cleaned, trash should be disposed of properly, and food should be removed from the refrigerator upon departure unless otherwise instructed.
