Stayed Jul 20, 202510/10 do NOT recommend staying here! The host originally told us that the couch pulled out so that we could have our kids sleep there, and then later told us it’s just a sectional that they could try to sleep on … so we packed sleeping bags to make the best of it since it was too late to find somewhere else to stay, and then she never ended up sending us the information to get in to the building! We saw the other reviews that she has ghosted other people with access information, so when we were only 2hrs before arriving and had emailed, messaged, called repeatedly with no answer, we ended up cancelling our booking. Her voicemail was so full we couldn’t even leave a message!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025SCAM! DO NOT RENT HERE! This place was nothing like it was described. As soon as I pulled in I couldn’t believe this was the place I rented. I thought since I already paid for it I would stay. The host refused to answer for me. I sent a message 7 hours before I arrived because I was NEVER given check-in instructions. There were people in the UNIT when I arrived. I ended up in a motel my first 2 night of my trip because there were no other rentals available until Sunday. I finally received a text from the host after calling her number repeatedly! 2 hours later she text back and said she was on the phone with customer service and that’s all I heard from her. Thank God I found a nice place in a different part of town and wasn’t stuck in a motel the whole time. This by far was the worst experience I’ve had with a rental.

Stayed May 16, 2025I travel 21 hours to Seattle for daughters medical treatment explain to host I needed to check in 2pm. she did not respond back to a 5pm. I was forced to get another hotel and did not want to give me refund. not Serene there's kids playing all over the place the property smells like urine dumpsterswere overflowed with trash and it smelled of urine not to mention it was a government subsidized housing section 8 apartment is
