The living area is composed of a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and chairs and opens onto a 172 ft² balcony with a fantastic view.

The balcony is large enough to have breakfast or a meal.

The kitchen is equipped and very functional.

The bedroom has a bed and a wardrobe with hangers, ironing board and iron.

The most luxurious area of the island is 300 meters away and the beach 400 meters away.

Many supermarkets open 7 days a week, pharmacies are also nearby (less than 2 minutes by walk).

→ Coming from Tenerife Sur airport you can reach us by cab (The journey takes 25 minutes).
→ The bus lines 111 and 450 allow you to easily reach the Playa de las Americas neighborhood.

How does the check-in take place
・Once the reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to give you all the information you need for a smooth check-in.
・We will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and answer your questions.
・Please note that there is a 30 EUR charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 and you will have to pay this amount upon your arrival.
