It is on the first floor of the old Globe Inn that is now closed.
The property was completely renovated in the Autumn of 2023.

    Tony is a fantastic host . The flat is in a great location , we were able to park outside a plus. 3 of us stayed this time more than enough room. Every thing we needed in the kitchen . My second stay here , I love it

    Very pleasant Host and staff and check-in. Close to places of interest, buses, adjacent to a park.No kitchen no washing up facility. Microwave,kettle,toaster,TV.Lounge window could not be closed, traffic noise noticeable.

    Few minutes from town centre, and we can bring our dog.Lovely apartment. Two minute walk to the Covenstead for breakfast, and a sausage for our dog.Very friendly staff.

    We really enjoyed our stay at The Armoury. The apartment is so cosy, with a super comfy bed and lovely bathroom. We loved going to The Covenstead every morning for breakfast and it was great to be able to take our dog to breakfast with us, she was treated to a sausage or bacon for breakfast ?. We'd definitely return to either this apartment or The Covenstead.

    Difficult not to feel well in this lovely apartment, so well located. Bed quality is smashing, I have not slept so well for a while. I was extremely happy about my stay and look forward to staying there again. Tony is a fantastic host, always attentive to any issue the guest could have. Brilliant!

    Lovely apartment, comfortable bed, beautiful mural on wall, walking distance to shops, pubs. Very friendly staff and our dog had a sausage for his breakfast!
