Stayed Jun 11, 2019There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub we removed. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes were not so plentiful. We have stayed at other VRBO’s before and had a positive experience, not so much this time.
