Stayed Jul 7, 2023Giacomo was an excellent host. Good communication, waiting for us at the check in time. The property is excellent, very modern, very clean and in a perfect location for San Gimignano. Parking is nearby and free. Grocery store nearby with a larger supermarket a close walk. Very spacious, comfortable. A real gem.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Really nice condo. Mr Tinacci is a great person. We arrived at 7h00 PM due to a blocked road. In the condo every thing was in perfect condition with meticulous details. Thank you
