Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice contact to the owner. Everything was clean and in good condition and as advertised. Short walk to the subway and nearby supermarkets. Neighborhood appeared to be safe. Recommendation, would surely stay here again. Thank you, GG!

Stayed Nov 22, 2018This home was extremely convenient for the area we wanted to stay. Coming from the Midwest, I'd say Gigi's is authentic New York. Cozy but clean, hardwood floors, and newly painted walls/ceilings. It appears to be a fairly new addition to the home rental market and still needed some attention. The tub drain was clogged but owner was very responsive in getting this corrected. Bathroom sink had an odor that hopefully will be addressed. Assuming bathroom sink odor is eliminated, we'd certainly stay there again next time we're in town.

Stayed Sep 14, 2018This is a great property to stay at and it has all the expectations as it stated on page. The owner is very welcoming and accommodate all our questions and needs . I highly recommend this location!
