Wonder quite and comfortable stay.

Lovely, safe area. Apartment was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

My dog and I had a wonderful stay with Bill and Kim! Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was very clean and very comfortable, and I slept great. I felt completely safe walking my dog around their lovely neighborhood, even late at night! Their house is just a short drive from anything you might need. I’d absolutely stay with them again if I were traveling with my dog back to the area.

The place was amazing. It was a special week for my son and I and this place made it that much better. Clean, accurate description, VERY soothing and relaxing, and easy to our destinations. Quick hello with hosts and they were super polite. Wish I k ew ahead of time I could’ve brought my service animal, but that’s on me for not paying attention. He will come next time. We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain. Climbing those pavers was difficult and taxing too. I definitely would suggest some lighting on that side yard for guests. The apartment was very nice, especially since we included the blue room. There is no oven, but we used the small toaster oven to bake some cinnamon rolls for Sunday morning. There was ice already made in the freezer which was nice. The small fenced area would be excellent for dogs; we didn't bring ours this time, but it's nice to know about. We met the owner on Sunday afternoon, and she was very nice. I would recommend this place; however, if someone has mobility issues or physical limitations, I would definitely caution against it. We are in our 70s, and the climb up those pavers was tough. We appreciate their hospitality.

Stayed 4 nights in February. Was very comfortable, clean, private, and accommodating. Had a small fenced in yard/area that was perfect for our Goldendoodle! Kim was very nice. Would stay there again!

This was a cute and quiet place that felt safe. I had back surgery a couple months ago, so I was expecting reals steps. The hill climb was hard for me due to that & I would suggest better lighting in the dark to see the stones/steps.

Very cozy, spacious basement apartment. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for us (2 adults and one teen) and our 2 golden doodles.

First of all, nowhere does it accurately describe the RIDICULOUS hike down the hill to get to the apt! It is TWO FLIGHTS with uneven paver steps and NO handrail! (It's a sub-basement apt.) There are a few lights but not nearly enough for safety. When I mentioned this to the owner, she said That's why we say in our ad that this isn't appropriate for elderly or handicapped people... (I'm about the same age as she is so no, I am NOT elderly OR handicapped and I didn't see that at all) I told her she might do well to put in a staircase with a rail but she didn't want to hear it. OK, well it's a lawsuit waiting to happen-that's all I'm saying! While drying my hair I had a huge cobweb fall on me. Yeah, clean a little more deeply next time! Several places the wallpaper was peeling and there were huge gaps in the weatherstriping--if there was any--under the door to the patio. The beds were comfortable, of course although I clearly stated there were 3 adults, she decided not to mention that the second bedroom was extra. Did she think one of us would be comfortable on the small sofa in the living room? So the regular rental is a Murphy bed and a 5 ft non-sofabed sofa. NOT what I signed up for at all! When I called about this, she tried to push the extra fee on me and then gave up and threw it in. Parking was ridiculous! She actually asked if we'd move over 4 inches so she could fit a 3rd car onto their 2 car drive. Never again!

We enjoyed our stay. Simple and checked all the boxes!

Concrete blocks spaced to far apart. I am 77 with heart disease My husband 75 and has severe arthritis in legs and hips. I explained this to Virginia She said I would have no problem. I have been in touched with her and she said she would talk with her husband to see if they could Give me some of my money bay. I not heard her

Very beautiful neighborhood and area. The house is very nice and clean. The owners are very nice and i am glad i booked this place.

Perfect location for ball tourney. We have stayed a couple of times and were satisfied every time

It was a very nice place, clean and in the perfect little piece of nature. The only thing missing was laundry facilities but there is a very nice laundry mat right down the road. Was a perfect place to relax after hot days at the ballpark for a tournament. It was nice and cool and the little outside area is shaded. Loved our stay, great communication with the owners.
