The street is quiet and largely residential, yet Rinconada restaurants and local shops are an easy walk away. All 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the full kitchen are entirely private—only the garden and pool are shared.



The Space:

This is the first-floor apartment of one of the original homes in Puerto Escondido. You will find charm and character in every corner of this classic property.



The Neighborhood:

El Faro is a residential neighborhood directly on the water, halfway between Playa Principal and Playa Manzanillo.



Getting Around:

You can walk to most places quickly. It is a closed street with very limited parking, so you shouldn’t expect to park nearby. Taxis are cheap and plentiful.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. The pool is shared and is only for registered guests. No smoking inside the home or on the terrace, you may smoke outside the home on the street.



The property features garden areas and balconies with handrails that have wide spacing. This setup may not be suitable for small children or toddlers. Parents should be fully aware and ensure children are supervised at all times.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.
