Stayed Jan 20, 2026Sonia allowed us an earlier check in. Location was great right on beach. Lots of towels,and supplies. Safe and secure. The bed is definitely NOT a queen. Leftover food in refrigerator. Dining room light didn’t work (needed a light bulb) and they know about it before we checked in.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We loved the condo complex and location of this property. The pool was great, super easy beach access. It's SO close to El Yunque that it's incredibly easy to explore from this location. San Juan is an easy day trip as well. The owner was friendly and had great communication about checking in and wrapping up at the end. The apartment itself is a bit dated, and has a slightly musty smell to it. I imagine that may be hard to avoid in such a humid area so close to the beach. However, for the price we paid, it felt very fair. The two futons in the living area worked great for our two kids and having 2 bathrooms and laundry were both huge benefits!

Stayed Feb 18, 2025We love this condo. Ive been to this area many times and Sonias place is incredible. everything you could need is there. Excellent location. 1 minute walk to beach, less to pool. She was very responsive to any questions we had. would definitely recommend to couples, singles, and families.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025The location of this ground floor condo was terrific- in sight of booth pool and beach. The condo itself was comfortable except that the bed was only a double, not a queen or king size, and tight for two adults. We did enjoy our stay though and the property manager was extremely responsive. This part of Puerto Rico has much to offer.

Stayed May 28, 2024The location of this property is great, right on the a non-crowded beach. Very close to El Yunque Rainforest and many restaurants and shops. Sonia was a great host, very easy to communicate. Would definitely stay here again.
