This property was in a great location, nice neighborhood. Nice, comfortable furnishings and anything you need was provided. Will stay there again if in town.
Wonderful property with good amenities in a great location

Our stay was fine. The location, the home, the neighborhood, and the closeness to popular places was perfect. The hosts, however, who claim to be available with questions 24/7 are not. A week prior to our visit, our airline changed our flights, so i reached out to see if it would be possible to extend our stay, or possibly leave our bags until our flight. No response. About 2 days before our visit, i got an email asking for my phone number and email address so they could “keep in touch” i responded on home away, and got an error, so i emailed the management company directly, with the info requested, and with my concern about our changed flights. No response. Upon our arrival in Denver, i get an email with an entire new set of rules and regulations for the property- including a no smoking anywhere on the property, the entire reason we chose this property was because of the accessible patio that was a smoking area. Had this patio not been available, we would have chosen a different property, that was closer to town and better priced. We picked this location for the charm, and the available patio, only to be told AFTER we arrived that we could not use it. When i contacted them, i again got no answer. We wanted answers before entering the property, so stood outside for almost an hour before someone rudely texted me back with attitude and snark, which was totally unnecessary. We reached out to homeaway and they took care of our concerns that the homeowner could not. If not for the rude messages and lack of oversight, i would happily return. This is the first time i have not been completely satisfied with a homeaway visit.
The place was great - very cozy and was just the kind of apartment we were looking at staying. The finishes were nice and we had no problems with anything on property! We did have some lack of communication with the property mangagers (a rental company is your main point of contact) where they did not respond when we requested a late check out or to see if there was a price difference if we had 2 people staying instead of four. It didn't taint our experience much, but would've been appreciated to feel heard! We would recommend staying here!
This was a basement apartment, but decorated so nicely that it was cozy and inviting. Location was perfect, neighborhood was quiet. Would absolutely recommend!
Such a nice place and location. The renovation of the rental was impeccable. The high thread count sheets and comforters were an added plus for this girls trip. We visited on most likely the hottest days in August. The cooler did help and opening the windows In the evening made the heat manageable. We spent lots of time in the early morning and late evening under the oak tree and Edison bulb ambiance. We had a short interaction with the owner and he was extremely pleasant and inquired about our comfort. Would definitely stay again.
The rental was as advertised and my family enjoyed our stay. Denver was unusually hot and the only way to cool the space was with a humidifier type cooler in the living room that made the entire space muggy. The machine was very loud which made it difficult to talk to each other or sleep. When we arrived, there was no ice and the ice maker wasn’t working. I used the app to communicate with the management company but it two of our four days there to get it fixed.
If there was any downside, it was that the creaky floors above are really loud. Also sort of odd that the 2 bedrooms both had infinity cable but the living room did not. As a suggestions, the coffee maker leaks so might want to fix that... Such a little thing!
