Game Day Getaway - 1 Block to Dickson-Walk to UofA

We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon. Such a great apartment (clean, comfortable, spacious) and the location is perfect. The management company was easy to work with and super responsive.

The unit was beautiful and clean and ready for visitors. It is in a great location, within walking distance to several restaurants. The only downfall was visitors in one of the other units yelling at each other in the hallway at 1:30 in the morning, which really can’t be controlled by management.

Easy acces to the build and to Dickson St. Apartment was as stated in the posting. Lots of room and great location! Will recommend

Beautiful apartment in the best part of town.

The communication before and during the stay was excellent. While I didn’t need anything specific during our stay, I knew I could message and expect a quick response. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, had very comfortable beds, and so close to Dickson Street which was perfect for our weekend plans! Highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful property during my son’s University of Arkansas orientation. So much space and four separate beds! Everything was outstanding.

Cute and convenient to campus.

Perfect location! We parked our car and didn’t have to drive for several days. We enjoyed the happy hour and dinner right next door at Theo’s. We walked up and down Dickson Street and to the square. The place itself was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 college age kids. They each had their own bed and their own space which was great. We live in Florida and visit Fayetteville often because my husband grew up here and we will definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Upon arrival to our Vrbo, we discovered the unit had not been cleaned even though we arrived AFTER our posted check in time. I immediately called Cohova rentals and the first thing I was asked was if I wanted it to be cleaned. After our party of 5 adults waited in limbo for about 45 minutes, we were told someone would come clean it. We hauled all of our stuff back out so housekeeping could come in. We then left to try to find something to do but in reality we were all looking to come in and RELAX. A bit after 9:20 pm, almost 7 hours after posted checkin time, we were notified that the unit was ready. Since our initial check in issue, dealing with Cohova has been a nightmare. From offering us a gift card to a restaurant to ignoring my calls, texts and pleas for help to find a solution, their customer service couldn’t act anymore unconcerned if they tried. Vrbo has been notified and the issue has been escalated. Depending on how much help I receive from them, I will probably be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. A big part of my weekend was consumed with trying to find a resolution. I have an email from them stating they will charge for every hour we are there past checkin. Doesn’t it seem fair that the same should apply to every hour that we could not check in? Obviously not to Cohova properties. They offered me 20% back on my 2 night stay and said we could stay 2 hours later for checkout. Don’t stay or book anything with Cohova properties!

This is in a fabulous location right off of Dickson within close proximity to U if A. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is great! The Cohova folks are amazing. Easy check in process. Easier checkout process. The place is in the best location a block from Dickson street. Can’t say enough of how great this place is!
