Miami, Florida
Great apartment studio located 5 blocks north of Calle Ocho and 10 blocks from Downtown Miami and Brickell area. This unit is for the cost conscious traveler that does not mind basic but clean accommodations.
The space
Warm and inviting private unit that has multiple windows facing a large mango tree's canopy. The unit is airy and bright, tastefully decorated. Private bathroom, full kitchen with full stove and refrigerator a 4 chair circular table and a large closet .
The apartment studio is perfect for a short term stay near downtown at an affordable rate.
Unit is located on a third floor without elevator , very quiet and peaceful. We are renovating and improving the common areas of the building but it's a basic and not fancy here. It's amazing value for the price and location as area hotels area much more expensive.

Full private studio apartment
First of all, it was in a very scary area at the front of the building. There was a car with broken window. When you walked inside the building into the unit, the door or slightly open no one give me a code number, or let me know where I could find a key, it was literally open anyone could walk in and out of there sheets or just in one big mess on the bed on the table. There was two glasses looks like someone was drinking out of them. If I would wanna leave my belongings in there I wouldn’t have a way of locking the doors , I was so scared that I had to go to the hotel. I didn’t even stay there for 10 minutes. Please save yourself time and do not go there. . It’s NOT a nice area. No AC Poor communication with the owner.
This was a cute little place for me and my adult son. Good location in Little Havana. Quiet building. Miguel was helpful
It's a familiar space, a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The space wasn't very clean and there were many small bugs in the bathroom. If you are looking for a place only to sleep and leave your belongings safe, that's a good place. Good communication with the owner. Also, Guadalupe is a nice lady if you need help.
We loved staying here during our long weekend in Miami. The Little Havana neighborhood is great and full of culture and great people and food and places to explore. Also we got an Uber to South Beach a couple times that was a quick 20 minutes. Just don't go to or from South Beach in rush hour. The property was plenty of space for two people and Miguel was very accommodating and polite.
Only negative thing it was hard to find a place to park.
Convenient location and friendly atmosphere
This is an apartment on a third floor without an elevator so, pack light! The apartment is modest, but spacious for two people max. There is a loud window unit AC, so if you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend sleeping in the living room area. There is also a full size bed inside a walking closet and a curtain covers the door for some privacy. Great internet Speed and a Smart Roku TV had all the apps. You have Dollar Tree five blocks from the apartment and you could walk to calle 8 without worries. Ms Lupe is a sweetheart! She was very helpful and was available for me to ask questions. One of the reasons I do not give 5 starts is because of parking. Looking for parking after 7 pm was a pain and it was like playing musical chairs. It is street parking, so if you rent a car, I recommend you get coverage ins case of a hit and run.
