Galbraith Mountain Forest Escape

We had a wonderful stay! It's such a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to town, and of course Galbraith Mountain, with some of the best trails in the world. Many thanks to our hosts, and we look forward to another visit in the future!

Cozy forest retreat tucked in a sweet spot bike-able to Galbraith, very close to Whatcom and Stimpson Reserve too. We were showered with treats which our kiddos loved and had everything we needed. It was rainy so being near trails was really great to catch some less wet windows outside easily. Easy to get to downtown too.

It was lovely!! It was exactly as the pictures showed. The location was perfect for excursions, restaurants, and downtown. Super quiet and very clean!! The beds were great with soft, comfy linens. The property manager was very quick with responding to questions and reaching out during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend this one. Even saw a deer in the front yard early the second morning.

Jessa was an incredible host who thought of everything, even going so far as to include stickers in a gift basket for us upon learning last minute that a four year old would be in our party (among many other small touches around the house that made for a wonderful experience). The property was clean, the beds were LUXURIOUSLY comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely for strolls and forest retreat vibes. Would totally stay here again!

My daughters and I had a lovely stay. The hosts are thoughtful and communicative and the living room was perfect size and set-up for the 3 of us. Finding the property is not hard (but there is one difficult turn as you leave to go into town, where traffic comes quickly around the curve on both sides). If you are careful there, this property is all smooth sailing! And like I said, A hosts.

The vrbo was all we hoped it would be and more. It was cozy, warm and inviting. The family did a bunch of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked to accommodate the meals prepared. It was a perfect location too!

I brought my son and his friend to tour Western and check out the local mountain biking trails. It was the perfect place for our needs. Quiet, beautiful, super close to the trail heads, a secure place to store bikes, and good internet for me to work remotely as needed. The hosts were super kind with the nice touch of supplying snacks- which the teenage boys decimated. ?

Nice unit with tons of privacy, comfortable bed, lots of perks and wonderful hosts.

My friend and I spent 3 nights at the Galbraith Mountain Forest Escape and were very impressed. The unit was wonderful and the setting was so peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Hosts were extremely communicative, friendly, and hospitable and the property was super clean and comfy. This was a great place to come home to after some cold, muddy outdoor days! Would definitely book this again.

We loved this spot for our small family. There were bunnies in the front of the house at dawn which our toddler loved, a cute natural park walking distance for him to explore, great access to mountain biking, and the hosts went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.

The place is cozy, clean and has a beautiful outdoor setting. The host left some yummy treats which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Great place to stay with husband and toddler. Tucked away from busy roads, lots of pretty foliage and windows, quiet and relaxing place to rest after being out and about. 5/5 would stay again.
