Stayed Dec 27, 2025Outstanding communication with host. Very affordable rent rate.Parking at front door with no steps. No frills, basic, older unit with a comfortable bed, refrigerator and stove. On a busy street in a neighborhood of apartments and small older homes, but surprisingly quiet by bed time.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The property manager was very responsive, polite, and professional. The apartment was clean and recently renovated. We picked this location over others because of the reasonable pet fee. This was a good location to get a foothold into Huntsville. It is a short drive from everywhere.
