Stayed Sep 10, 2025The place was fine, well decorated, everything worked. The apartment is outside the city center, close to public swimming areas and grocery stores, car rental, restaurants and the bus.While parking is included, it is not guaranteed or assigned. We were only able to park on premises one day out of four because that day we returned at 10am. If you are out all day, you may have a hard time parking at the building. There are parking garages near by that can be used for a fee, some close from midnight to 7 am. If you needed the car before 7 am this would be problematic but worked just fine for us.Overall good experience, except for the parking.

Stayed May 29, 2025We had a really nice time in this apartment, the manager was very helpful, everything went smoothly. The access to the pool with a gorgeous view is a great amenity. I can recommend this accomodation to everyone who is looking for an enjoyable, budget friendly stay on this amazing island.
