Fully renovated apartment, in the Centre of Funchal. AMAZING view

Great location close to everything. The views from condo where amazing… you could see cruise ships coming in. Groceries a 5 minute walk and restaurants everywhere

I stayed here for three weeks in February 2024. The check-in process was easy; Susana was very flexible about the time and showed all the amenities. She was easy to communicate with throughout the stay and had great suggestions for sightseeing. I had dinner at a different restaurant every night, but the apartment is well supplied for cooking if that's preferred. There's a fruit stand and mini market across the street and a couple of supermarkets down the hill part way. ATMs are everywhere. The apartment is at the top of the building and has great views of the harbor and much of Funchal old town. I enjoyed every minute there and will definitely be coming back!

From arrival to departure it was amazing! The host helped us with every question we could think of. The accommodations were well equipped and in the perfect location. We highly recommend and will be back soon!

Modern and clean apartment with a beautiful view of Funchal and it’s harbor. Very walkable location close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This apartment was PERFECT for us...parking, all the comforts we required, groceries and small restaurants right there, 15-min walk to the city center, and a host who was happy to help in any way she could. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.

Susana was a wonderful host with many great suggestions for restaurants, bakeries and activities. The accommodations were perfectly situated and convenient to everything in Funchal. The view from the top floor apartment was magnificent day and night. The off street parking was a huge bonus too. Our family enjoyed our time in Madiera and highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved the location. The neighborhood was great. Super walkable to so much! It was nice to have a garage, though parking on the fifth level with a larger vehicle was a bit trying. Honestly, the unit could’ve been cleaner. And we weren’t impressed with not having coffee or basics like body wash and shampoo. But there is a little market just across the street so we were able to get what we needed easily.

Stunning views of the sea and hills. So many of Funchal’s delights within walking distance though be aware of the climbs. Ideal for a couple, plenty of internal space.Kitchen and lounge of very high standard. Main bedroom lacks basic facilities, eg. mirror and dressing table. Would strongly recommend this property.

We have rented many holiday homes across Europe over the past 30 years and this is definitely one of the best. The apartment is spacious, well laid out and full of light. The furnishings, bed linens, etc. all feel relatively new. It felt more like a home than a rental space. We were very comfortable there for our one month visit. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with its wonderful view across the town and harbour. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is a short walk to the market, supermarkets and major sights. We hope to return to Funchal one day and I think it would be hard to find a better place to stay than this apartment.
