Fully Renovated 2 Bed, 1 Bath Apartment near 8th Street

SERIOUS ISSUES WITH PROPERTY MANAGER - do not rent this place if you are looking for a stress free getaway. We were accused by the property manager of being her “worst nightmare”. We rented this place for the weekend of my dad‘s funeral. On the afternoon that we were supposed to check in we still have not heard from the property manager regarding the arrangements for keys, etc. I spent approximately two hours trying to track her down to get this information. We had an uneventful stay although we found the suite to be quite uncomfortable, The sectional in the living room is almost impossible to sit on and the beds are extremely soft. Also, the location is not great, the suite is directly beside some low income housing and very noisy. Our view from the patio was somebodies dirty laundry draped over the fence all weekend. Upon checking out, we received a notice from the property manager that we had moved furniture around and spilled drinks on the carpet, which is completely untrue. She threatened to withhold our damage deposit.We spent a considerable amount of time making sure that we left the suite in excellent condition, probably better than when we arrived. We do not appreciate being treated and threatened by a property manager in this manner and will never stay here again.

This was a great place to stay—very quiet and peaceful, located right next to a golf course and just two blocks from a shopping center. The room was clean, and the kitchen had recently been renovated. Access to the unit is via traditional keys rather than a digital door pass, which was clearly explained. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in. Highly recommended!

First and foremost getting check in information is horrible!! We’ve stayed at a few VRBO’s this one never gave any check in or check out info. I literally had to call the day of check in to get our info. After trying to message a few times. Then had to contact again as to where to leave the key! Normally you receive this info 24-48 hours ahead. The suite is ground floor and should state that in the listing as you are facing a fence and the backside of a building. Pros: the beds are very comfortable, the shower is great, lots of dishes and utensils. Cons: the most uncomfortable couch, view less than desirable, very loud-tenants above are pounding around all night. This rental may work for a few nights but not long term!!!

Condo was clean quiet ,easily accessible to all shopping and freeways.

Clean with adequate space. All the amenities… close to a few restaurants and bar.

Great location close to RUH. Great host. Will book again
