The property was spectacular and the views were stunning! We were able to meet the hosts and they couldn’t be nicer. The amenities were very accommodating and the hosts were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

The location is excellent - close to the boardwalk and pier. We walked the beach every day. The unit is comfortable with everything you need. I can’t say enough about the wonderful view. The hosts, James & Dianna, were great. We will be back.

They had me at coffee. The owners let me know that they supplied coffee, but falling to sleep listening to the waves crash on the beach could not be beat. I could not have slept better! What a perfect stay we had. The gorgeous view, the comfortable beds, the convenient location, the easy walk to the beach, the sunsets, the ease of checking in and out, and the perfect parking spot!! I just wish we had stayed longer. If I make it back to San Clemente I will definitely return! Casa de Sophia really is a home away from home! One of our favorite stays in many years of travel! Thank you to our hosts Jim and Dianna and their absolutely wonderful tenants in this cozy residential complex who made our 8 day visit with family feel so comfortable and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a top-notch place where you still feel like you’re living like a local this is it! Fabulous furnishings, safe gated entry, friendly neighbors and their furry friends, superior cleanliness, amazing community park balcony with stunning full views of the ocean, easy access to walk to the beach, and most especially, two bedrooms where you can drift off to sleep at night in cozy beds listening to the sound of the waves! We enjoyed great restaurants up the road, walked down to the Pier and beach trail and enjoyed coffee, delicious breakfast burritos and waffles on a stick at the little cafe in the sand called West Toast at T Street. We loved every minute thanks to the whole bunch of you!

This was our first visit to San Clemente and we really could not have found a better place to stay. The communication upon arrival was excellent, the home was perfect, well appointed, clean and thoughtful special touches. The property is in a great location with easy access to town and beach. We woke up to the sound of waves and saw beautiful sunsets from our window and the patio. We highly recommend this special property and the kind property owners. Thank you!
