Overall the stay was very nice. The property is in a great location, has good on site dining options and is walkable to the visitor center and some beautiful running / hiking trails alongside the river. The property itself was as advertised but could use a little sprucing up. We were not aware that the property did not have air conditioning (we might have missed this in the listing); however, since the main time in the room was during the evening and night hours the cooler weather during these times made it ok with the fan and windows open (just something to consider). The on site Lake Moraine shuttle service was a great perk as we were able to get a “day of” booking to the lake at a reasonable rate (which can be very difficult via other services). All in all, this is a beautiful area and we enjoyed our time in Lake Louise!

we wanted to stay near Lake Louise and this did the trick. There was ample help in getting us to/from our hiking/sightseeing. The restaurants were convenient and priced right.

This was a great, central location for everything we wanted to do (Yoho, Lake Louise and Moraine, Icefield Parkway, etc.). It seemed like a good option for winter travelers and skiing as well. It was nothing fancy but did the job and the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

This is a great location for what we wanted to access in Banff. While it isn’t the fanciest it met the expectations and the staff was great!
