Marta was a warm and welcoming host and her studio was very comfortable and convenient. It was also well placed near public transportation and in a fun neighborhood that had lots of stores and a diversity of places to eat or take away.

Location is good, the house was clean, Marta helped us. It would be great if household items were renewed.

Pros: Fast, straightforward check-in. Excellent location, close to metro and bus stop, stores and groceries. Walking distance to Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur. NO STAIRS! Full bath with hot water. Microwave to sterilize baby stuff & leftovers a big plus. Good wifi connection. We felt safe in general around the area. Has kitchen tools and stuff for you to use, including stove. Cons: Washing machine was not working during our stay (it is still advertised and it was one of the factors why I booked it unfortunately). Weird pesticide smell on the entire duration of our stay. No childproofing available (this was ok for us and the landlady made this known to us before we checked in). Some stuff could use an upgrade/replacement as they look worn out already (like the coffee maker and water kettle). Things to check/ask before you book: If the appliances/things you need are in working condition. If the pesticide can NOT be used during your stay. They provide towels but you can bring your own if you are too sensitive about that. This also applies to kitchenware, beddings, and all other things you might be too sensitive about. Overall, we still consider it a good place to stay for the value and the location.

Marta was very accommodating and very helpful. This place is an incredible value for the location, we were able to walk to the Sacre Coeur, we took in the late show at Moulin Rouge and were able to walk home easily. Groceries and cafes are all around you. Metro is very close. We would definitely stay here again!

A very friendly and approachable owner made us feel at ease during our stay at this studio apartment. The room is spacious enough and the kitchen facilities and crockery are perfect. Enjoy the historic and popular area of Montmartre to the fullest, with excellent transport links and easy access to Paris' main train station and city centre. We were able to spend time as if we became residents. Thanks Martha.

Not your typical Parisian Apartment. Converted store front. Best Part- No stairs!!! After long days of exploring the city I am so glad we didn’t have to schlep up 8 flights of stairs. Large wonderful kitchen (rare find in Paris) Loved the neighborhood with everything you need close by. Local people very friendly and full of recommendations. Beds were very comfortable. And super bonus to have a washing machine. The property manager was so very friendly and a treat she is close by should you have and needs or concerns. We had a wonderful time.

Great area and very friendly hosts. Rather big for a one-room-apartment in this city, simple and clean. We slept well. The mirrored bay window was quite fun; it felt like wanting to set up a hidden camera. In short, excellent value for money, for this price we frankly had expected much less. Thank you Martha, we had a great stay and we'll be back soon with the whole family.
