Our apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities including oven, stovetop, dishwasher, full compliment of pots, pans, cooking utensils etc, air-conditioning and heating, compact laundry with washer and dryer.
Quality linen, luxury toiletries and rain showers.
Flat screen TV's in bedrooms.
Open plan living dining areas with French doors opening onto private deck area.
Bose surround systems with Dodo Fetch TV.

Secure garage car parking with direct access to the apartment. Parking for 2 cars at each apartment.
Local managers with extensive local knowledge.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak.
Christmas - New year period minimum 4 night stay. Easter minimum 3 night stay.
Long weekends and special events minimum night stays apply.
Rate of $190 per night is for 2 guests using 1 king bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Extra guests $30 per person per night using queen bedroom and 2nd bathroom.
During peak times maximum rate applies, no discounts available.
With any cancellations a $65 admin fee applies.
A $200 pre authorised bond is also required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check out or extra guests. This can be by either cash or a valid credit card guarantee. The money will only be accessed in case of the above events occuring.

    The unit was spotless and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped too. The location was close to the CBD and allowed easy access to the things we enjoy. Pleasantly surprised with Mount Gambier and the unit is well worth a look. We wish we could have stayed a few more days.

    Don’t look at hotels, just stay here. Great location, amazingly renovated apartment which has everything you will need. The owners have thought of everything. Spotlessly clean with great attention to all decor. Won’t be staying anywhere else and can’t wait to return.

    This is such a lovely property, very clean and comfortable with every modern convenience you could hope for. Lovely outside deck, and located in a quiet location but still close to the city centre. Will definately stay again if we get back to the Mount, and would highly recommend staying here.

    This unit is very modern and clean with good quality fixtures and furnishings. Everything you could need for either a short or long stay. Quiet location in a no through road but close enough to walk to town if you wanted to. We really enjoyed our stay there even though it was short (2 nights). We stayed in No 7 but would like to try 7A, which has the larger outdoor deck area, next time we visit. Owner is easy to contact if for any reason you need to. Would highly recommend this place.

    We really enjoyed our stay @ Frewville Apartment No7. We found it to be really comfortable and it had all mod cons that anyone could ask for. Loved the access to Netflix. That was an unexpected bonus. You will not be disappointed staying here.

    What a fantastic place to stay. The apartment was very modern and had all the little touches you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Beautiful views from the back patio and so close to the centre of town. A very spacious living area and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!
