**Fresh** Modern Triplex in a Classic Boston Row House, Amazing City Views!

Terence, the host, was fantastic. He answered our questions, not quickly, but immediately! He was hospitable & friendly.This VRBO is very clean & nicely decorated .Only lowered rating on “family-friendly” because of the three level of stairs. As long as quests are aware of stairs this VRBO rates excellent.Top suite outstanding.Modern conviences, and comfortable.

We loved this rental. The views from the rooftop were amazing and the living room was nice and open for good times and conversations. The stairs are a lot of work and so is the hill to get to the house but worth it! Super close to the train station. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I come back to Boston.

We really enjoyed this townhome and felt like we were in the true vibe of Boston. This 3 story plus a rooftop patio home had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and a 1 year old. The parking spot was steps from the front door and the subway is about a 5 minute walk. The home had every modern amenity and served us well. The communication with the manager was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This place is beautiful and unique. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom are stunning. It is multilevel so you have to be okay climbing stairs but the place is charming and comfortable and well adorned.

Excellent unit and communication

The property was great. Plenty of room and charm. Everything was advertised. Great location for access to the T and getting downtown and to other tourist locations. Hardly needed our rental car. Would highly recomend.

This very old home (Brownstone?) was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for our first visit to Boston over the holidays. The building has lots of character and has been very beautifully renovated and decorated. The nicest surprise was the top level Master Suite. I do not think the photos do the en suite bathroom justice. It has a full wall of windows that give a beautiful view of the city, a steam shower, whirlpool bathtub, and remote control bidet with heated seat!!! My favorite room in the house. Plus a spiral stair in the master bedroom takes you up to the rooftop deck where there was seating for everyone to enjoy New Years Eve fireworks!

My family stayed there for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. The rooms all were nice and provided ample space for us to spread out and enjoy our time together. The kitchen had ample cooking supplies, although there was no pantry space so dry foods had to be stacked on countertops. Oven and stove worked well, although the knobs on the stove were very touched and would turn on when touched, even inadvertently. The one problem we encountered was the lack of lighting over the stairs. One of us has limited visions and this caused some problem for us, but we managed with him using a flashlight.

What a great spot to enjoy the city. The roof top deck was great as well as a nice steam in the steam room. Fun neighborhood. Went for a couple great runs in the nearby parks.

Wonderful place to stay with family. Had everything we needed, 5 min walk to the train station, 20 min walk to the Gardner museum. It was a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day of travel. Would recommend, particularly to those who are traveling with family members who need their own beds, rather than a pull out, etc.

We had a group of 5 adults on our team at this gorgeous property for a 3-night stay. It's beautifully decorated, with everything you'd want for a few days. A few notes: There are 3 steep sets of stairs to get from the entry to the top floor. This is not the property for small children or people with mobility issues. Heavy or big suitcases are a challenge, particularly to get to the top floor, where the king bed is. Other than that, this place was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay in Boston thanks to this beautiful and perfectly located home. The short walk to the T was so convenient, and so was the parking spot near the front door (sometimes parking in big cities can be a nightmare). Bedrooms were comfy and cozy and the full kitchen was great for cooking meals at home at the end of the day. The upstairs main bedroom was an absolute dream and so were the views. We’ll be staying here again when we come back to Boston, for sure!

The house and location were great for trips to Fenway, to the harbor for whale watching and for historical tours. Amenities were nice, the house was comfortable and Terry communicated immediately. Even his restaurant recommendation was spot on!

Went to concert and to fenway, lots of things to do around thempropert. Felt safe and very quiet in the evening.

This is a nice boutique property in a convenient location for getting around. The T stop is a short walk (5 ish minutes), which made it easy to see all the sites Boston has to offer. The property has plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped. We were 6 adults and fit very comfortably in the apartment. The space was quiet and we would happily stay here again.

Traveled to Boston with family including children. Beautiful home in a nice location. Plenty of room for party of 7. We loved the rooftop balcony. Convenient to public transportation (5-10 minute walk) depending on how fast you walk. I had a question and owner responded immediately. 5 levels if you include entrance and balcony so there are stairs. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, perfectly located. Stunning property, well equiped,clean and spacious. With some spectacular views over a vibrant city.

This place was exactly the space we needed. Decor and contents were playful including games, tv, record player, and the main bathroom has a fancy bidet toilet. Kitchen had what you need to make a meal. Hosts were nice and helpful. Public transportation close by. Thank you for everything!
