Stayed Oct 26, 2024It was a wonderful experience from booking to checkout. The flat is exactly as listed and is in a gorgeous building in a great, central neighborhood. The owner is wonderful and communicative and I found the price was quite reasonable given all of the above. There are a few very small things that need a bit of attention (like the main window blind was broken and the couch was a bit dirty) but honestly I am just picky. It was a great place. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Positives: The security, location (transit, grocery) and shower for this apartment are really good. Communication with Silvio was great. But the apartment needs a deep clean and total refresh - dying plants, broken drawers, stained rug and sofa are all kinda sad feng shui.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023what a great home! the building is new and the apartment is well-designed and perfectly furnished. the outdoor space is nice to have for quiet mornings and evenings. we usually stay in brera/san marco neighborhoods. this was a wonderful surprise. the area is beautiful, clean, and not overrun with tourists or traffic. there are restaurants and groceries nearby. while we were there the AC in the building was not working. the property manager was fantastic and very quick to assist in resolving the issue. he was in constant contact with the building maintenance staff and did everything he could to make us comfortable – even offering to buy a fan for our last day. in the end, we decided it would be best to find another place for our last night which they were kind enough to refund, given the circumstances. i will definitely stay here again, next time i am in milano.
