Apartment was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood was very industrial and lacking visual appeal. Utica apparently has a reputation for being avoided and this could be a factor. We didn’t feel unsafe but it definitely has urban vibes in an area that needs attention. We were looking for a retreat getaway after a road race that ended in Saranac brewery. It served its purpose as a base for visiting the area but wouldn’t go back again as we’d prefer a more rural setting for relaxation.

We loved the apt. Was very clean and accommodating. My only concern was the 15 steps up to the unit I was unaware of. My father really struggled to make it up and down the stairs. Other than that concern we were happy with our stay.
