This beautiful "photo" themed apartment is an artists dream! Fantastic retro photo decor. Beautiful queen bedroom with ample seating for visitors and dining for two. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking items needed for a dine in experience while traveling from home. Multiple closets for plenty of storage. Full bathroom with washer and dryer as well as your own hot water heater! Floor to ceiling windows providing beautiful light and amazing views from the 6th floor of this complex! Views of River Park Square, The Davenport Grand Hotel and the Spokane Convention Center. Solar shades for light blocking and privacy.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment! They can utilize the gym in the building located on the first floor, the club room on the second floor, as well as the rooftop patio! Guests have access to the dog wash station, as well as the dog run. If guests are traveling with a bike, we also have a bike room to store your wheels! Guests are required to keep all common areas clean and to clean up after your pets.
Other things to note
**We are in a downtown urban location. Nightlife can be lively and traffic, people and emergency vehicles, etc. can be heard. We are not far from bars, comedy clubs, INB performing arts, theater and the convention center. We are located on the 6th floor of the complex that helps with this. Guests need to be aware that anywhere in downtown, traffic and noise can be heard. This should be expected, and they need to understand it is normal for a city location. Hosts cannot control outside elements such as noise, traffic, homelessness etc. This is something that is prevalent throughout the entire downtown area.
**This is an apartment community and there is the potential of hearing other residents throughout the building. We asked all guests to be courteous and respect the building quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
**We require all travelers over the age of 18 on the reservation to provide a valid drivers license after booking. Due to our lease requirements, Door codes will not be provided until this step has been completed.
Because we are in a very secure building downtown, ownership requires all steps for checking in to be secure. We try to make it easy for our guests so please read through all check in instructions and know that the steps are for your security as well.
Very clean and nice property close to the train station which is why i chose it.
We had an event to attend downtown and this was the perfect location. Every place we needed to go was within walking distance so we were able to leave our vehicle parked in the secure garage the whole time. Staying downtown, security was very important and this exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. For light sleepers, ear plugs are a must. Traffic noise bounces off the buildings and is very loud. The axe throwing place next door was a bonus. We had a great time. Emily was quick to respond and her instructions were very easy to understand. We would happily book again.

This apartment is accurately described by the host. It is new, modern, clean, LEED Gold certified, secure, and cool. The large windows provide excellent big-sky northern exposure including distant views of Gonzaga, the Convention Center, and the Spokane Pavilion weekend nightly light shows. The full kitchen is well-appointed for self-catering if you like to prepare your own meals. For us, the location was excellent, providing easy access to downtown destinations as well as fast access to I-90 and to Division St for explorations by auto. It took us a couple nights to adapt to the traffic noise, despite the apartment being located on the top floor of the building. Other areas of downtown are relatively quiet, but this space has exposure to one of the busiest streets in Spokane. All told, we feel like the apartment is a good value, a fun and secure place to stay with a great host. We will happily book again when next we return to Spokane.
This apartment was a great fit! We loved the convenience and security of having a parking spot in the garage. Also, the building was dog friendly with a dog run and had a very nice outdoor patio on the second floor. Location was perfect in the heart of downtown. The property manager was awesome in her communication in the booking process. Would definitely stay here again!
Great amenities - secure parking, secure building, and nice area for dogs. The apartment was very clean and central to about everything you could want. The host was very helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and comfortable in a super convenient location - right downtown. Everything was as it was described in the advertisement. It was nice having a small grocery store just a block away. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Great location, view, and bed. The studio is downtown and within a block or two of several nice restaurants, a grocery market, and a comedy club. We tried an axe-throwing session at Jackalope Ace Throwing, which was right next door, and that was a lot of fun. The studio was exceptionally clean, and the communication with the host was excellent.
