Located in the prestigious West Franklin building with heated pool & gym, this sub penthouse apt is perfectly located in the CBD and beside the Chinatownarea.

We have ensured that only the finest of quality is here for your stay. The moment you step inside, you’ll appreciate the exceptional finery from the luxe King leather arm chairs, the Sonos sound system, electric blinds on the floor to ceiling windows, and the French bistro dining chairs, that set the tone for the whole apartment.

The open plan living and dining area allow for beautiful morning light, and features a 3 seater leather couch, the 2 king-size armchairs, a Samsung 65 inch smart TV, a beautiful 4-seater dining table and access to the balcony which has a bar fridge centred around the dining table for conversation while taking in the views, as well as an outdoor dining setting to enjoy breakfast on the balcony.

Take the remote out of the drawer , and push the button for the electric blinds to come down so you can watch the latest blockbuster on Netflix. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a Samsung French door fridge, Smeg toaster and kettle, filtered water, gas cooktop, underbench oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, sandwich press and even the cocktail making essentials to create your liquid masterpieces.

A variety of coffee, tea and even hot chocolate is provided. There is a Nespresso machine and milk frother. The coffee is made in sustainable pods and we have a selection of strengths. We also have English Breakfast tea, Camomile, Green and Mint available.

Each bedroom has a choice of pillows (soft or firm pillows) plus Luxurious 1000 thread count Sheridan linen and towels creating that beautiful hotel feel and lux faux throw rugs.

The two main bedrooms each have their own Samsung TV and clothes storage. The bathrooms each have stand-up showers, a toilet and vanity fitted with a basket in the cabinet filled with a Cloud Nine hair dryer, Cloud Nine straightener, make-up cloths and make-up mirrors.

The apartment is accessed via a lift, and the on-site facilities on level 7 include a gym, indoor lap pool, library, cinema room, golf simulator, communal gardens with dining areas with barbecues and there are on-site cafes, restaurants and shops. On-site secure car parking is included.

Guests have full access to the apartment, parking area and guest access to the pool, gym, golf simulator, outdoor dining areas in the gardens and the cinema room. Please check with the host for access details.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, a fun and vibrant place to explore. Adelaide has more restaurants and cafes per capita than any other city in Australia, and many are within walking distance.

On the ground floor is a IGA local grocer and a café for instant convenience.

Adelaide Oval which is walkable has AFL football games, international cricket games and headline act concerts, plus a rooftop climb.

We are within a couple of kilometres from SkyCity Adelaide, Adelaide Festival Centre, University of South Australia, Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Hospital, The Memorial Hospital, Adelaide Central Market, Chinatown and only 1 kilometre to the River Torrens for your morning walk.

The kids will love the Adelaide TreeClimb Walk, the Zoo, the Zero Latency VR amusement centre, while you’ll love Mismatch brewing co, the SOHO Coffee Roasters on Morphett Street, Peter Rabbit café on Hindley Street and the Shibui Dessert Bar.

You could even do a day-trip to the Adelaide Hills or Barossa Valley or Mclaren vale for the wineries and picture perfect drives, or spend summer days on the beaches along Glenelg or Henley Beach.

Adelaide is easy to get around by car, public transport, taxi/ride share services and even walking.

The Convention Centre, Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Adelaide Oval are all within a 10 to 20 minute walk.

There are e-scooters available everywhere and a free tram within the city. You can hire eBike tours and bus tours to the wineries.

Adelaide Airport is 5.6 kilometres from this stay (10 minutes, or 26 minutes via public transport). It`s best just to catch an Uber or taxi.

There are buses on West Terrace, trams on North Terrace and the Central train station is only a 10/15 minute walk away.
