Stayed Aug 27, 2025Great location, size and view. Interiors and furnishings could do with a refresh. Bed linen embarrassing, well below standard and had to pay extra, not included in the room rate!!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024A well appointed apartment with all the amenities that we needed. An excellent location and attentive manager. Probably a bit small for the advertised 10 person capacity. We had 6 adults and were comfortable.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Great location but not large enough for more than 5-6 adults comfortably. Only 8 bed frames and then extra mattress but not much space on floor. Hot water not enough for large groups. Kitchen and living area comfortable. Reminder to review linen requirements prior to booking. Host blunt to communicate with but helped us in the end.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The best thing about the property is it’s location and view. It was just mesmerising, we got to see fireworks just from our balcony. The rooms are good and clean but not enough for 10 people. 8 people can comfortably live in that apartment and enjoy the stay. Loved the heated floor in the hall and kitchen area. Host is very helpful and available whenever needed.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023The property is in an ideal spot to stay if you are skiing and wanting to take advantage of the restaurants and bars in the village. The balcony and master have beautiful views of the mountain and are the best spot in the village to watch the fireworks. The house itself is fairly small and cozy but that is to be expected of anywhere you stay in Thredbo.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023We arrived and the appt had not been cleaned. Contacted the agent to advise who offered cleaners to come in during our stay but withh all our belongings there we declined and did it ourselves. Called the againt again when we were unable to lock the back door. We were told that ot doesnt lock but its safe because its on a balcony. Didnt make us feel safe at all.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the Pulpo Granny Flat in Thredbo. As expected it was small and clean with a great sauna. Located around 150m away from the Village terminal, it was a convenient place to crash while on a snow weekend. Bruce and Theo were easy to communicate with and provide clear instructions on how to get there and how to use everything in the flat. Only comment is that overnight parking is scarce and when we arrived at 1am, there was no parking to be found.
