Fort Myers Beach front Condo with amazing view of Gulf

Enjoyed pool very much

This property turned out to not be what we thought it would be. When we arrived, there was nobody working on-site at the property and 3 cars in the lot total. We found out when we arrived that the pool was closed for construction during our stay. The living room couch needs to be replaced. The photos make it look bright white and half of it is a deep dingy yellow. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and could also be replaced. It didn’t feel sanitary here. We noticed that nobody was out on the beach when we looked out off the balcony. We had issues with figuring out the parking information since nobody was on staff. After not hearing back from the host till late that night, we decided to not stay at this property. We booked a completely different condo at another result closer to Times Square and all the hot spot restaurants. If you want to stay somewhere with foot traffic, attractions and a better part of the beach- avoid this property! I went back and forth between customer support and the host the entire week while we were at another resort trying to see about getting any sort of reimbursement for false advertisement. Customer support keep telling me it was up to the host, and the host would say she couldn’t get anywhere with customer support. Just kept getting the ring around. Neither side were able to help! The host tried to offer sending an Amazon gift card if we didn’t leave a bad review instead.. We ended up being out the money that we used to book the place for the week. In the end, it was worth it to be somewhere newer, cleaner and around other travelers!

Although there was construction going on at the complex, we had a great stay. It was nice to be away from the crowds that are closer to the town center. You could go enjoy the crowd scene if you wanted and return to calm. So many things nearby. We enjoyed the extensive and more reasonable menu of the Sandbar Grille. Flippers was excellent. Fun at the roof top restaurant at Lana Kai and ask for Jeremy! Be prepared to pay for parking near the town center. Kind of a rip off.

Carlos point was a wonderful vacation. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Utilized the pool daily. If you choose, within walking distance of shopping and dining.

This is our third stay to this Fort Myers Beach area. Santini Plaza is walking distance from the condo with several shops and restaurants (farmer's market each Tuesday and Thursday is great). The beach is quiet even though we visited during spring break season. Lover's Key State Park is just a short walk over the bridge. The unit was lovely and the view is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Lovely south end location.Beach is quiet and less crowded than the north end/times square area. Yes, you do have to walk approximately a city block to get to the shoreline but that is how it is at mid-island for Estero too. You can walk to mid -island thru the mangroves or on the sidewalk; and can walk to Lovers Key too. The condo is comfortable, clean and has every item needed to cook a gourmet meal too if you want.

Guest bedroom extremely small. It was difficult to access the closet because the bed was so close to it. Carpets in both bedrooms were worn and looked as if they had never been cleaned. Sofa in living in need of an upgrade and the 2 chairs in living room tipped forward as if they were broken and just propped against the wall.

Having rented numerous VRBOs this was but far the best we've had. Start with the owners. The were great to deal with. They were friendly and informative. The location is on the quiet part of Fort Myers Beach. And it was. Many it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The other occupants at the time we're great too. And, it has that million dollar view! There were times we just sat on the Lani and watched the water, the boats, and the people. Watching the sunrise from there was a special everyday treat. What a way to start your day. Inside the unit you'll find everything for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean and shows that the owners care about it. We cannot recommend this rental enough.
