The four-storey town house was completely renovated in 2020 and each of the 4 apartments (attic, 2nd floor, 1st floor, ground floor) were converted and furnished into student shared apartments with 4 residents each due to the close proximity to the University of Potsdam.

There are 4 rooms to choose from per floor / shared apartment:
3 x approx. 19 m² rooms: € 700.00 flat rate / month
1 x approx. 14 m² room: € 680.00 flat rate / month

Whatis included in the rental price:
Full equipment of kitchens, bathrooms and rooms, laundry room including washing machines, dryers and cleaning utensils, parking spaces in the yard, cleaning service v. Kitchens, bathrooms and all other common areas as well as gardeners once a week in the house, all ancillary costs (except laundry stamps)

Details:
Each apartment has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen including Siemens appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer (crockery, cutlery, saucepans, etc. already available) and enough space and a cozy place with a spacious table to eat together and to exchange ideas.

Each flat share has 3 bathrooms with a window and a washbasin each and a total of 1 shower and 1 toilet. The bathrooms are equipped with mirrors, lighting and bathroom accessories and have a modern design.

The bright rooms have large windows and are already modern and high-quality with a sliding door wardrobe, a bed with drawers as storage space and a comfortable workplace including a desk lamp. The curtains / blinds, a floor lamp and ceiling spotlights are already attached and are also rented out.

In addition to all ancillary costs such as internet, electricity, water, heating and furniture, the rent also includes the weekly cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and stairs.
