Fondren InStyle Elegance: Indoor-Outdoor Charm

The room was in good condition. Really nice minimal decorations and incredibly clean. The apartment was on the first floor and therefore the upstairs steps of the neighbor made it difficult to sleep through the night. The hosts were really responsive when there were issues. For instance, the shower emitted some strange black liquid when I wasn't there for a day and the host was right on it to make sure that I was comfortable. The neighborhood is really convenient. However, convenience comes at a cost. There is a rehab clinic across the street with a lot of foot traffic. All that being said, I would not stay here again. For this price, it is better to get a hotel room in Flowood or a surrounding area.

The host is amazing and the amenities were like pictured! The people upstairs are noisy but that’s going to happen when you’re on the first floor of an apartment!

Comfy bed, good kitchen, nice shower. Location is very noisy due to good restraunt across street, busy area around and yana rehab. Dishwasher was not working prior to stay. Locked out.of unit after first entry, thankfully had phone. Outside photos of place were taken awhile ago.

We came to Jackson for the Dixie rodeo at the coliseum and wanted a home base. The home was very tastefully refurbished, with all new appliances and a beautiful open concept. We live in the country, so the road noise was something we aren’t used to, but that’s not the fault of the home. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect spot and conveniently located near several restaurants or entertainment venues, all within walking distance. Property was exactly what we expected. Clean and nice. Owner was very responsive to our one request. Overall great trip!!

I needed a place to stay for a last-minute business trip, and this apartment was a gem! Clean, modern appliances and in a cute neighborhood. Would highly recommend it!

The location and convenience to all the area attractions and practical shopping needs was fantastic. Plus the actual unit itself had all the comforts of home. Would absolutely come and stay again…

We had a great time at this home in Jackson. Pam was extremely attentive to our needs and checked in the morning after we arrived and replaced the air filter immediately. They also brought us bottled water due to the boil advisory. Overall very clean and nicely remodeled lower level of the duplex. Would stay again.

Excellent all round The upstairs balcony was especially relaxing.

This cozy apartment in Fondren is a minute’s walk from several delicious restaurants. Pam greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. It felt just like home!
