This residence is a refined and cozy apartment situated in the vicinity of Novoli and Rifredi, just a short stroll from Florence Rifredi train station and approximately a 15-minute drive from the city's historic centre.

Within walkingdistance, one can find various essential services, including green spaces with children's play areas, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and more.

The apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of a luxurious building and is served by a lift and air conditioning and is composed as follows:

- French door to access the terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, parasol and gas barbecue

Sleeping area
- 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and French window with access to the equipped terrace
- full bathroom without window
