    The host cleaned up the place very nice! The experience was great! Awesome location right next to Brickell City Center and numerous parking garages to not do valet (optional). Amazing view from the apartment and easy accessibility!

    Checkin was good. We got there a little earlier and was able to checkin about an hour before which was nice. Kat met us in the Lobby and she was very nice. We went up to the apartment and upon initial view it looked clean, but when we started to move around the apartment, we realized it was not as clean as we thought so we had to buy cleaner and we cleaned the kitchen counters and baths. Also, The carpet in the living room was not vacuumed. After that, on the second day, the master bath shower was leaking from the ceiling and we didn’t feel comfortable showering there so that was a bummer. We reported this and someone came to look at it and said it was coming from the apartment upstairs. Looking at the ceiling, it seemed that this wasn’t the first leak. For the remainder of the stay we could not use the shower. The best part of the apartment was the floor to ceiling windows which allowed for an amazing view of the city and the river. With the exception of the cleaning and shower mishaps, we had a decent stay.

    This is our second time staying at Icon. So many great restaurants in walking distance and the views from the balcony are incredible! Condo is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were seamless and host was very friendly!

    This property was perfect for our stay. My brother had eye surgery during our stay it was quiet And beautiful as it is a corner unit. The views are amazing. We had everything we needed for the 4 day stay. Everyone was very friendly.
