This delightful flat is ideally located on the seafront, just 250 meters on foot from Trestraou beach, 700 meters from the hiking trail, and close to a mini-market. It has a balcony and a private parking space.
Located on the first floor without a lift, the bright living room opens onto a small balcony, with an open-plan kitchen.
2 separate bedrooms on the quiet courtyard side, are equipped with a wardrobe and beds already made for your arrival.

With two east-facing bedrooms overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It is ideal for three people, two couples or a couple with two or three children.
- The master bedroom has a double bed (160x190).
- The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190) that can be pushed together to accommodate a couple or an adult.
- Each bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Beach towels are available at an additional cost.

The living room has access to a west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset. It is equipped with a television and opens onto the kitchen.

The kitchen has a sink, gas hob (4 gas rings and gas oven), overhead cupboard, new fridge, new dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and toaster.

The bathroom has a bath with shower curtain, washbasin, hairdryer, storage shelves and towel rail. The WC is separate from the bathroom.

Equipment for families: Ideal for family holidays, we provide free equipment for babies and children: cot, high chair, changing mat, sheets, toilet seat reducer, potty and books. This equipment is available on request, depending on requirements.

Location: The flat is ideally situated close to the large Trestraou beach, with its turquoise waters and fine sand (just 250 metres away on foot). You can also follow the customs path (GR34) and explore the 7 islands archipelago, classified by UNESCO as a unique natural site in the world. The seaside resort is lively all year round, with shops, restaurants, a casino, cinema, SPA, thalassotherapy and numerous water sports activities in the immediate vicinity, including surfing, long-distance sailing and paddle boarding.

The supermarket is conveniently located on the road between the accommodation and the beach.

Free private parking is available at the rear of the building. You can leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay.

    Easy check in with Philippe. Great location with a parking space, very important near the beach in high season. The kitchen is well equipped, but the gas oven is a bit tricky to use. Plenty of space for 2 adults and a teenager. Lots of light and a nice little balcony.
