Stayed Sep 13, 2018Laura was a lovely host and made our stay a very comfortable one. She was very approachable and helpful. The apartment was very well presented with lots of space both inside and outside, unusually having two outdoor sitting/dining areas, so that you could sit in the morning or evening sun. It is in a quiet area and has a gated entrance so very private. The apartment was a little way out of town which was no problem as Riva del Garda has excellent, quiet off road cycle ways and there were city bikes provided with the apartment. Therefore we cycled into the lovely town centre during the day and evening thus having a largely car free holiday. Our only complaint was that the guests upstairs were occasionally noisy, as the floors are tiled. It was difficult to make out from the photographs on the HomeAway site that there is an upstairs as well as a ground floor apartment. Apart from that just needed a spatula or fish slice would have helped us to cook. We would highly recommend Laura’s apartment and Riva del Garda which is very pretty, almost traffic free and an ideal base for cycling and mountain bike riding. Not to mention Lake Garda itself!
