The Space:

The living area is arranged to keep the harbor view at the center of the stay, with glass doors opening toward the water and a patio just outside. Inside, two sofas create an easy place to read, watch a movie, or take in the boats moving across Newport Harbor. The condo has a bright, refreshed feel with light flooring, soft coastal tones, and thoughtful nautical details throughout.



The kitchen is neatly updated, with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, white cabinetry, and everything needed for an extended Newport stay. A small table near the living area offers a place for meals, laptop time, or planning the day around town. The bedroom has a queen bed, water views through the window, and storage for longer stays. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with a refreshed vanity.



Outside, guests have access to the community pool during the open season, along with a parking lot for vehicles. The condo is part of the Goat Island South community, giving guests a waterfront Newport address with the harbor just beyond the patio.



Guest Access:

Residents enjoy access to a range of on-site amenities, including private beach areas, pickleball courts, and beautifully maintained grounds. A seasonal water taxi provides convenient access to downtown Newport, making it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and attractions without the need for a car.



The Neighborhood:

Goat Island places guests just across the water from downtown Newport, with Newport Harbor as the daily backdrop. From the condo, it is easy to reach the harborfront, Bowen’s Wharf, Thames Street, local restaurants, marinas, and the city’s historic attractions. Fort Adams, Ocean Drive, the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Avenue, and Newport’s beaches are all within a short drive, making this a strong home base for an extended coastal stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

This condo is available for rentals of 30 nights or longer only.



Guests have access to the community pool during the open season.



Parking is available in the community parking lot. A parking pass is required and should be displayed according to community instructions.



Fish & Goat Hideaway is located within Goat Island South, and guests are expected to follow all community rules during their stay. Please note that the community is smoke-free, pets are not permitted unless otherwise required by law, and guests must observe all posted pool, parking, and property guidelines.
