First floor apartment in Denia walking distance to the beach (4 persons)

Compact, comfortable and well-equipped space. Included a large terrace that was completely sheltered from the windy days that are so common in the fall.

The apartment was lovely with everything you could want for a pleasant holiday. A large pool, close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

The property was very clean and tidy and was exactly as described. No issues at all with the stay as there is everything that you need here in a very nice complex. If I was being a bit picky then I think the towels/linen probably needs renewing and as others have said a few more kitchen utensils and definitely some sharper knives! I would definitely return so I guess thats the best recommendation!

We really loved our stay. The complex is well looked after and the pool is beautifully clean. Being on the ground floor with access to the pool directly is perfect. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and we hope to stay again!

The apartment is perfectly located next to the pool area, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is also well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely return!

We had a good stay at the apartment. Everything we needed was supplied. It was an easy walk to the beach and marina and it was lovely being able to sit outside on the patio. The complex was very quiet as there were only a handful of units occupied. The only challenge we had was the steep stairs we had to navigate when taking our dog out to do her business. Denia is a great location if you want to visit Javea, Altea, Alicante and Benidorm. All were within a one hour drive.

Stayed here on a 2 week cycling holiday. Lovely well equipped apartment with all nice little touches of home. Annika was very welcoming and lovely. Only thing was the internet that worked for 3 days then stopped working. When we went on to Calpe for our second week exactly the same thing happened with the internet so could be a network problem in Spain. However it didn't spoil our holiday as the apartment had lots of dvds to watch . Denia is charming and was in walking distance. The castle is well worth a visit.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace opening up onto a grass area by the pool. It is well positioned and has the sun into the evening. There are sunloungers available that you can take to the pool area. The underground car park is easy to use. There was a lifeguard at the pool until the evening. We also noticed a security guard in the late evening. The complex is gated and feels secure. The apartment was clean and it was useful having two bathrooms. The second bedroom doesn't have air conditioning however a fan is provided. The apartment was easy to book and we got our security deposit back quickly. The local agent Annick was very friendly. We experienced issues with some appliances. The oven, grill and freezer did not work. This meant that for our holiday this apartment was not self catering. This was reported to the owner.

We were immediately impressed by the good appearance of all the properties. The surrounding area (grass, pool area, gardens, car park and entrances) were all clean and well maintained. We particularly liked the security of the Complex. Our apartment was modern,light and furnished to a good standard. The kitchen was very well equipped. Fridge freezer was a good size. Very useful hairdryer in bathroom. Terrace was a good size, with a variety of beach chairs,deckchairs and loungers. We liked the position of the apartment...offering easy access to the pool. The walk from the apartment to the older part of Denia took about 20 minutes and was a very pleasant one.
