First line beach in Cádiz. Completely renovated in January 2017, brand new

it is modern and clean. When we arrived to the property the owner was not there had to call him several times and when he picked up told us he did not know anything about our reservation. Then he found the reservation confirmation in his system after insisting we had a valid and paid reservation with expedia. View of the apartment was good facing the beach as advertised, but no wifi, no hot water for more than 3 minutes, no hair dryer and the builing itself is very old and not well kept. We used elevator just 2 times as it seemed not in good shape. Parking inside the building really complicated. One of the 2 nights we stayed had to park about 8 bloks away on the street. There is a bar in the ground floor of the building and it is loud at night until 3am.

Very nice owner. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the building is located right next to the beach. Unfortunately, the apartment is not very clean, no WiFi, often no parking spaces.

The apartment was somewhat run down. Renovated in 2017, i.e. 7 years ago. Some worn and battered furniture. Fight for parking spaces in the closed associated area.

Very nice apartment, we loved our stay. However, some changes to the description of the apartment. The apartment does not have internet and the apartment has only two bedrooms plus possibilities to sleep in the kitchen area.

Practical. Open concept apartment. Nice outside balcony. Quick and easy access to the beach. Very practical kitchen arrangement. Easy access to parking next door. Secure location. We enjoyed our stay. Our four girls loved it!

We loved this apartment. It is right across the boardwalk from the beach and a few minutes walk from the stadium and supermarkets. Being on the boardwalk gives you many options for beach bars and restaurants, the host was very easy to communicate with making checkin easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Cadiz for a holiday

Very good location with beautiful beach vista. Nice apartment. However wifi is piggy backing on bar below and as such signal not the best. No A/C, was OK in October, in mid summer would be very warm. Parking was sometimes full and not available.
