An exterior staircase leads to this comfortable 1st floor apartment (130 qm) which has a south facing arched terrace with lovely views across the orchards to the surrounding landscap and access to a community pool, a large garden, barbecue and garden terrace with garden furniture.e.

The terrace – reached by a double wing door from the living room – is equipped with wooden garden furniture. There is a spacious open plan sitting/dining room with a well equipped kitchen withdishwasher, 5-flames-cooker, oven, large fridge with cooler, a good assortment of pots and pans, kitchenware, glasses etc. Separated through a hall are 3 twin bedrooms with extra length beds, a bathroom and a shower room.

All floors are made from tone, granite and marble, kitchen and bathrooms are nicely tiled and provided with counters from granite and marble. There is central heating in all rooms, and a cast iron fireplace in the living room.
